CAFFEINE FREE

wuhan steamboat at central mall is the worst steamboat i have ever had in my life. the service is so bad no one remembers what you asked for. when we first went in, no one really seemed to care about us, so we decided to get an empty table for ourselves only to be chased away cus it's a table for 5 and above (there were so many other empty seats!) the lady insisted that we sit either at this weird table at the entrance (at the end of the conveyor belt where only leftovers reach us) OR at the table beside a storage box filled with printing supplies. okay fine, we were hungry so we just settled for the empty one at the entrance. When we were seated, we were only given 2 sets of utensils when there were 3 of u. We had to ask 4 different staff before we finally got another set of utensils. that wasnt the end, the food on the conveyor belt was stale, there was no ice for drinks, the cups seemed dirty, the washing area extended to the dining area, the floors were so sticky, the "freeflow" of drinks (chargable on top of the buffet) is just horrible diluted tasting sugar water, the food on the conveyor belt was not covered, there were cartons of drinks untidily stacked at the cashier, they also have lousy and ridiculous food items such as a slice of pound cake on the belt. and the worst? when we took the menu to see what else we could order since the other table started ordering beef and there was none on the conveyor belt, one of the staff told us that they seldom use the menu, so we should not look at it, is this a ploy to not let us order other stuff? what is the point of having a menu when you dont use it? geez. in the end, we ordered beef but as usual, NO ONE FUCKING REMEMBERS ANY OF YOUR DAMN ORDERS. this is by far the worst steamboat place i have ever been to. if youre unhygienic, at least hide that in your kitchen, but no, its in full view for all the patrons how they wash their plates. and i have no idea why they have so many cardboard cartons lying around, goodness, it feels like they just got robbed or something. i'd rather have a plate of $20 chicken rice than eat at this dining place. everyone should stay away from wuhan steamboat place at central mall. the only people who should visit them is NEA. so pissed.
