i was just jotting down some important dates to take note of today in my planner when it hit me that that we're already about to say goodbye to november. which made me come to a second realisation that my stint with ettusais as their ambassador for 2009 is almost coming to an end. i still remember the first entry i wrote about ettusais after being chosen as one of their ambassadors and that was when the cute 2009 planner was given to me.

it certainly has been quite a journey with ettusais, but i shant make this into an emotional entry because im saving it for the last entry in dec. heh. but instead, after being given tons of ettusais' products to try out for almost a year, ranging from skincare to make up, today i shall let you guys in on my favourite skincare and make up product from ettusais.

why is this is my undisputed champion?

okay, i admit, before ettusais, i do not use any form of toner and will apply my moisturiser directly, reason is, most toners contain alcohol and ive got really sensitive skin so i try to avoid toners. for ettusais, the version up is sort of like a toner in your skincare regimen as you apply it before your moisturiser, but it contains no alcohol, and its main purpose is to enhance your skin's ability to absorb any good stuff that you apply after.

it's light and non-sticky texture is another perk for me because i hate the feeling of being weighed down by tons of product on my face.

if you were to ask me to recommend one product from ettusais, it has got to be the version up cus you can basically pair it with any other product you want and feel it work its maximum. an awesome skincare investment product!

you know what i would really like to do now? to sleep the kind of sleeps that lasts for 10 hours or more and when you wake up you fall back into a 2 hour sort of after sleep nap, which i totally not going to happen because i have to wake up early tomorrow. i could also do with some tea and eggs benedict which b will never make for me because of his various reasons about the lack of cooking utensils, more so impossible at 1.30am right now. a foot scrub together with a pedicure sounds equally enticing as those poached eggs. or perhaps a holiday. mm, you know what i SHOULD really do now instead of thinking of what i WOULD really like to do now? stop bambling and get some sleep, because i have to wake up early remember?

as i sit here with my throat on fire, eyes watery and nose running like a tap, b tells me over the phone that im starting to sound like a man. i have 2 shoots over the weekend and the 50 gorgeous finals on thurs. how can things get any worse right? wrong, we just ran out of tissues.

ettusais invited us girls over to raw kitchen bar for the launch of a new product a while back. i highly recommend the food there, though the location is not too friendly for those who dont drive. we had some finger food that were not on the menu and were specially whipped up just for the occasion and im already a fan. one thing to watch out for is the ranvenous mosquitoes around since majority of the sitting area is outdoors, and you know how outdoors, greenery and mosquitoes go together like 3 blind mice in a nursery rhyme. a tip if youre dining there, you can ask for mozzie coils to be placed under your tables, its either you do a blood donation there or you put up with the smell i guess.

Genetics may certainly be to blame. Individuals with oily, thicker skin tend to have larger looking, more noticeable pores. This is often hereditary.

Sun damage is another cause. Sun damage and aging cause the epidermis to thicken and a rim of cells are more likely to collect around individual pores. While microscopic, these rings exaggerate pore diameter.

Pores may be more visible simply due to lack of good skin grooming and poor exfoliation. Too much surface oil and remnant naturally shed skin cells can collect around the edges of pores, creating the illusion of the pores being larger than they really are.

i like to use this over my ettusais' makeup base with sunblock (because as you know, sun damage makes you age faster which in turn makes your pores larger), it gives me a really smooth base for my foundation after. just apply it in circular motions on the areas of concern!

before i start looking at the new developments in "the aid of looking better with less time more money" sector (aka aesthetic procedures). after spending an hour so or plus checking all the mail accounts i have, replying the neccessary, deleting the offers on increasing the size of male privates, tweet a little tweet, harvesting my crops on farmville and catching up with my friends' lives via facebook statuses and blogs. i just wanted to share with all of you a song ive been keeping on loop since i watched gossip girl on tues. take a listen here:

with reference to the previous post and the recent fat face depressions, i have decided to boost my morale by posting up my hottest picture to date (only one because i dont have any other hot pictures except this and another in an almost same pose with my armpit showing), courtesy of shen who also kindly upped my boob and butt by one size.

i noticed that i look like i have a case of bad split ends in my attempt to ruffle up my hair for some va va voom oomph. fret not, i have already cut my too long hair and am currently on a new (awesome) haircare regime which elaine kindly gave me try out. oh, the perks of my job!

its not very good for the self esteem when youre feeling too full and bloated after a hearty dinner of tempura udon and sitting here researching for an article on aesthetic procedures. nip tuck anyone?

during the past week where the asia poker championships were held in sg, the boy asked me if i considered being a professional poker player, so he wouldnt have to work anymore. sorry b, the amount i win during poker nights with our friends can only buy macdonalds breakfast for the both of us. heh.

ive been on a shopathon with corde the past few days and (checks piggy bank*), still not broke, thanks to sales and gift vouchers. shopping is the ultimate therapy when the money you spend is not yours. hah.

oh yah, i cut my hair today, and i likeee it! although im pretty sure i wont be able to achieve the same blow-dry results since my hair doesnt have to the luxury to be blown dry and has to be air dried. fun and useful fact by yen and fiona today, you should blow dry your hair to semi dry then switch to heatless to fully dry your hair instead of air drying it. because air drying causes your hair to oxidise faster and you get much frizzies and flyaways.

but you know what? im still too lazy to blow dry it anyway.

hair and weight issues: in dire need of a haircut. my hair is making my face look fat.
