i find it extremely annoying when someone initiates a meet up/comes up with plans and goes on to bamble about how youre busy with work/you might not like wherever we are going and suggests that you should stay at home instead. why the fuck did you ask me out in the first place? such a waste of time conversing and waiting on something that isnt going to happen.

is it fashion thats becoming increasingly disposable or is it inflation? ive come up with a theory, the cheaper clothes get, the more i tend to impulse buy. which means, i wear the item twice and it never sees the light of day again. if i buy an expensive item, i think about it carefully before making the purchase, and it usually ends up as a piece i'll wear a long time. like my overpriced jersey knits! but, that argument is flawed especially when it comes to payday.

after cutting more fringe for myself, and letting it grow out for a couple of days, i think im beginning to like my bangs. what do you think?

i had a dream last night. there were so many people trying to talk to me, trying to tell me things, all at the same time. i tried to ask them to wait, i tried to listen to them one at a time, i tried to go slow. but is was all too loud, too messy, too confusing. a call woke me up, his voice, so american, so nonchalant, so real. after i said no and hung up, the pit in my stomach grew and grew and attempted to swallow me whole. the voices came to a whisper and it was just me. why now? why me? there are too many things left undone, too young, too scared. but time, it's ticking too fast, its either too young, or too old. all or nothing. and im just too fucking scared to be left with nothing.

i finally had a haircut today. yes, bangs included. thing is, i told my stylist i wanted really thick bangs. im thinking freja beha bangs, but i didnt tell him cus i figured he wouldnt know who i was talking about much less how her bangs looked like. and so i got regular bangs, as expected.

one of the perks of having a blog is that you can keep track of when you last cut your hair. looking back, it has been exactly 5 months since i did. my hair stylist told me my previous cut would last me 6 months before i need a another. needless to say, he lied. just like how those hair growth ads do. anyway, i have been feeling the need to cut it a week back. im thinking bangs, but the recent weather is mf-ing hot. i forsee unsightly hair sticking to the face and forehead blemishes (the horror!). we shall see...

i am also loving this new lip colour ive got.
its not a lipgloss or a lipstick.
