i was going through some old pictures and boy, were they long ago. you know how they all say it's easy being a kid and your biggest concern was how to learn how to cycle. (i still cant by the way.) here are some of the little things i really wanted back then:

1) a pillow fort that my mom would make me tear down
2) skates
3) a water bed
4) meet a pixie/fairy (must be the enid blyton books)
5) have a penpal
6) a barbie house
7) more sweet valley books
8) make a princess costume and go trick or treating on halloween
9) learn ballet
10) a treehouse

what did you wish for when you were a kid?

for those of you who hate blending in with the hoards of office ladies during your daily commute to work. think chiffon/silky dresses in variation of colours, pants and pencil skirts that do not fit well (im sure you know what im talking about). i suggest you check out homegrown label, nicholas, for nicely fitted togs. all the more now since they are having a sale.

hey all. so im back from bintan (and pretty much done with the whole of it) with a successful promotional video shoot and an extremely exhausted body/mind. i even got a tan (the horror!) despite the layers of sunscreen the makeup artists diligently covered me in. ive got so much to tell about the wonderful people i met and the usd300 (prop) meal i had no time to eat. right now though, i really need a deep cleansing masque, a manicure, and get "country roads" out of my head.

off to bintan for a shoot, be back on friday. xx.

sometimes, i wonder who reads my blog and why.

it would be nice if i could go to the pharmacy to get a bottle of calamine lotion and some aloe gel to soothe this very very troubled organ called the heart. too bad its an internal organ with a mind of its own and refuses to let me be in charge.
