hmm i'm trying to ask you if the uv base is in gel form or in those lotion form? transparent form? like what u said it's white.
oil block = waterydry block = regular creme textureboth are white in colour. i think its better for you to try them at any ettusais counter for yourself so you can feel the texture and finish and decide which suits you. (:
